Mostly got this one because I liked the nice understated handle color but was also curious about the compression lock and the steel. Really nice knife. Kinda classy. Not too beefy. I like it.
New kitchen gadget. A Philips Pure Essentials HR7774 food processor. Not the most expensive one around but nicely compact and still a step up from the cheapo plastic things that you can grab at the supermarket.
